Shown price is including 19% VAT and including transport costs.

Delivery
We will deliver our products through ordinary mail. For standard orders our target is to deliver immediately after payment. This means we usually ship on the same day (PayPal) or the next (bank transfers within Europe). Custom made and overseas deliverys can take longer.

We only work with payment in advance. You can pay securely by bank transfer or PayPal.

Execution of your order
We will process your order with due care. We will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If delivery will be slow or is not possible for some reason, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Returns
If you do not want our product for any reason at all, you may send it back to us within 7 days after delivery. We will not take any products back that have been worn or that are dirty, or that have been made to a custom size. Wrap your return properly, preferably in the original packaging. Transport costs have to be paid in advance, we do not accept any packages under rembours.
After we have received and checked your delivery we will refund the price of the product (not the cost of transport) back to your bank account.

Guarantee
Articles that are damaged or not properly made can be exchanged or returned within one month after delivery. Please contact us about this in advance.
